7bdt Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules, Rights, and Obligations

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", or "you") and 7bdt ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern all access to and use of the services offered at 7bdt, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games (Go Rush, Coin), and any other product accessible through the 7bdt platform.

These Terms are written and enforced in the English language. The English version of these Terms shall be the definitive version in all circumstances. 7bdt operates as an online entertainment and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. All services are provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

By registering an account, logging in via the 7bdt Login, placing a bet, or accessing any game or product on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online sports betting and casino gaming in your jurisdiction, and that you accept these Terms without reservation.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing registration on the 7bdt platform.
• "Balance" means the current total of deposited funds and credited winnings held in a Player's account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product available on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-withdrawable funds credited to a Player's account as part of a promotional offer.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by 7bdt before processing withdrawals or when required for compliance purposes.
• "Platform" means the 7bdt website, its associated pages, mobile browser interface, and all products and services accessible through them.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action defined as forbidden under Clause 9 of these Terms.
• "Real Money" means actual deposited funds in BDT held in a Player's account, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, and ancillary services provided by 7bdt.

Eligibility and Registration

To open and use a 7bdt account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 7bdt strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to have been opened by a person under the legal minimum age will be suspended immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or family member of a 7bdt employee or affiliate where applicable platform rules restrict such participation.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended account on the 7bdt platform. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is prohibited by law.

7bdt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to all platform products.

Account Management

Each Player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their 7bdt Login. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 7bdt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You are required to notify 7bdt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any security breach affecting your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your account. Notification should be directed to the 7bdt support team in writing via the contact email provided in Clause 15.

7bdt may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Identity verification (KYC) documents submitted are found to be fraudulent, expired, or unacceptable.
• The account shows activity consistent with money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal conduct.
• The Player requests account closure or self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions of Clause 12.
• The Platform determines, at its discretion, that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

Upon account closure initiated by the Player, any Real Money balance remaining in the account will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding breaches. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7bdt platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7bdt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 7bdt accepts no responsibility.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 7bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 7bdt may request supporting documents — including national ID, proof of address, or payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Processing times will vary by payment method but 7bdt targets same-day processing for verified accounts on standard business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

7bdt reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Player will be notified and the investigation period will not exceed 30 days unless required by applicable law or regulation.

Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 7bdt may offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, a standard wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount applies before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and are valid for the period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.
• Bonuses may only be used on the products and markets specified in the individual promotion. Using a sports betting bonus on casino products (or vice versa) without explicit permission in the promotion terms is prohibited.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible promotion per account. Players are not permitted to create multiple accounts in order to claim multiple instances of any promotional offer.
• 7bdt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for any promotion that is amended or withdrawn before they have met its qualifying criteria.
• Where 7bdt reasonably determines that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value — the Platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 7bdt sportsbook are subject to the platform's published betting rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• A bet is accepted and binding only when 7bdt has confirmed its acceptance and the bet appears in your account's bet history with a confirmed reference number.
• Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are the odds at which the bet is placed, regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), 7bdt reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether they have already been settled. Players will be refunded the stake for any such cancelled bets.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. 7bdt does not guarantee continuous in-play availability and may suspend markets at any time during a live event at its discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets. Specific limits for high-profile events — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other Bangladesh cricket fixtures — are published on the relevant market pages.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with the platform's event-specific rules published at the time the market was opened.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games available on 7bdt — including live dealer games, slot titles, crash games (Go Rush and Coin), and any other casino products — are provided by third-party game studios including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated under studio conditions. 7bdt does not and cannot influence game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the relevant game studio and are disclosed within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical failure during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — 7bdt will use its best efforts to restore the session to its state prior to the failure. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bet will be voided and the stake refunded to the Player's account balance. 7bdt is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control, including failures on the part of third-party game providers.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7bdt platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance (including Real Money and Bonus Funds) may be forfeited at 7bdt's discretion:

• Opening more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform without prior written authorisation from 7bdt.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform or its games for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct designed to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game for the purposes of profit.
• Using the platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 7bdt staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

7bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement and relevant regulatory authorities. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, 7bdt will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and provide all relevant account information as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7bdt platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other original materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7bdt or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 7bdt intellectual property without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence is automatically revoked upon account suspension or closure, or upon any breach of these Terms. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7bdt's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the relevant claim arose. 7bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

7bdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7bdt makes no representations regarding the availability of specific markets, games, or payment methods at any given time.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 7bdt's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gaming

7bdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products. The platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a limit may be reduced immediately but cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified time period has elapsed within a single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and re-access is prevented for the duration of the exclusion.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up notifications are available to inform Players of the total time spent and total amount wagered within their current session.

7bdt strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction. Where there is any reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

7bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 7bdt will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments — including corrections, clarifications, and updates required by applicable law — may take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the 7bdt platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 4. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the bottom of this page.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7bdt platform shall first be submitted to 7bdt's customer support team for informal resolution. 7bdt will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the exclusive means of final dispute resolution, except where applicable law mandates a different process. The language of arbitration shall be English. The Player's statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause.

7bdt operates as an English-language platform targeting Bangladesh and selected other markets. Regardless of the Player's country of access, these Terms are the definitive agreement between the Player and the Platform. No other representations, warranties, or agreements, whether oral or written, form part of this agreement unless expressly incorporated herein.
